Microsoft PhotoDraw comes with a number of predefined palette (.pal) files. By default, the active color palette is the Web (Dithered) palette. This palette consists of colors that won't dither when they are viewed in a Web browser. When you select a color from the active palette, you select it in the context of a particular task. For example, after you open the Fill workpane, you might fill a selected text object with a palette color.
If you don't see the color box or color list, you may need to scroll down the workpane.
Note The colors in the active palette are identical to those on the Custom Palette tab in the More Colors dialog box. If you want to change palettes, you can choose options in the More Colors dialog box to select a different color palette.
